phew..home sweet home...reached home on saturday around 10pm

being down with gastric since friday...hate it alot when everytime i having gastric pain..is some sorf of menstrual pain for female.. mood swing...


my gastric takes days to heal....now already in the 3rd day..but still i can feel the pain..


to add salt to the pain.....i got chest pain,as well


great..went and consult doctor this evening after trying to take gastric medicine for few days and hope it'll heal itself...


doc said...its call "deflux"..or "reflux"...or something to do about it.."flux"..or maybe not "flux"...i dunnu..but it sound something like tat....


which means the acid from the stomach cause by the gastric goes upward and make my chest pain...


having a burning sensation on ur chest is not a good thing to have...especially at nite..


last nite, i woke up few times..all because of the pain...turned here..chest pain..turned to the other side ..chest pain..turned and face facing upward.....chest pain...turned and face facing downward..chest pain...the only thing to make me feel less pain was......got up and sit on my bed...


yea...i know...its just so fucked up


but wat to do..gastric mah....bo pian ler..


because of lack of sleep during the nite...i took an afternoon nap just now..


didn really have chest pain..but crap...i woke up because of having a bad bad dream
i was dreaming tat i was in a car..driven by one of my fren...i cant remember who....going up a hil using hill road...and after one corner..tat fren of mine..lost control and the car flew down from the road...down from the hill

scary loorrr........couldnt continue my sleep after tat freaky dream....

how come i can dream about this??

i dunnu...1 day down wif gastric ..still bearable...i can still hop around and laugh and smile..

but 4 days down wif gastric...i'm a lil off mood now

i can feel the pain now, as in now....

the moment i feel the gastric pain...the next thing i know..is chest pain

guess i gonna rest now..

it takes few more days to fully recover
