Post CNY - 1st Day Of Chinese New Year

My frend told me on the 1st day of new year, we have to wake up early to wish parents new year..since i already wish both my parents, so i woke up at around 10:30morning. Not long after i woke up, my mum make me this CNY breakfast. Its only hokkien people who will have this kind of breakfast


Mee Shua + Chicken Meat + Pork Meat + Chicken Egg + Pig's Organ = Non-Halal


After eating mee shua, i drank longan water as ppl say " lim gieng gieng, hor boi kieng..ciak ang cho, ni ni hor"...which mean " drink longan, all the work we do will go our way.." ( direct translation..abit not gam..)



after my family had breakfast, we slowly traveled back to grandma house again.That day,i could see all the relatives and cousins smile and smile and laugh and laugh.Happy day indeed:D.....after lunch, all the uncles and male cousins started to gamble until nite.while all the aunty and female cousin sat in the house chit-chating and eating mandarin oranges.
