cheese - 113cal(not sure wat cheese they use...but its around tat amount)
rice - 133cal
KFC(3 pieces of H & S chicken:-2 thighs and 1 breast)
thighs - 2x(151cal + 5.7g fats
breasts - 300cal + 15g fats
erm..so lets count 740+900+140+133+330+113+133+151+151+300 = 3091 of calories..and eventhough its not exact the amout..but its around tat..and not to forget..i drank pepsi during teppanyaki...teh ais when in kim gary and pepsi again in KFC...so guess how much calories i consume....uwuwuwuwwuwu......to make thing worst....total amount of calories that i burned = 0 ...mampoi~~~

around 750g of carbohydrate
